Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve peak performance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify new market opportunities and business partnerships.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide accurate forecasts and reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the paints or a related industry.
- Formal Training in Sales & Marketing
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of sales processes and customer dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
