The company manufactures and supplies components to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and the aftermarket. It has a global presence, supplying customers in over 45 countries.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive based in Tanzania with proven experience in the automotive spare parts industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, maintaining existing accounts, driving sales growth, and providing excellent client service. This hybrid role involves both remote work and in-person client visits across Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and workshops in the automotive spare parts sector
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers
  • Promote the company’s automotive spare parts products and solutions to potential clients
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in the region
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order fulfillment, stock planning, and customer support
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to improve product offerings and services
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive spare parts industry. Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply
  • Strong understanding of the Tanzanian automotive aftermarket
  • Proficiency in English and Swahili (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel locally within Tanzania for client meetings and market development
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
