Key Responsibilities for Marketing Manager Role:

  • Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies: Creating and executing marketing plans, including digital marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
  • Managing Marketing Budgets: Allocating and controlling marketing expenditures to maximize return on investment.
  • Leading Marketing Teams: Overseeing the work of marketing specialists, designers, and other team members.
  • Analyzing Marketing Performance: Tracking campaign results, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing strategies based on data insights.
  • Managing Content Creation and Distribution: Creation of marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and advertising copy.
  • Building Brand Awareness: Developing strategies to increase brand recognition and loyalty.
  • Driving Customer Acquisition and Retention: Implementing strategies to attract new investment opportunities and investors, and retain existing ones.
  • Staying Up-to-Date on Marketing Trends: Keeping abreast of the latest marketing technologies, strategies, and best practices.
  • Working with Sales and Other Departments: Collaborating with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Conducting Market Research: Gathering customer insights and market data to inform marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities for Communications Manager Role:

  • Developing and executing communication strategies: Creating plans for internal and external communication, setting goals, and measuring results.
  • Managing communication channels: Overseeing social media, websites, email marketing, and other platforms (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
  • Creating content:Writing, editing, and proofreading various communication materials, such as press releases, website copy, social media posts, and marketing materials.
  • Managing public relations: Building relationships with media, handling media inquiries, and developing public relations strategies.
  • Ensuring brand consistency: Maintaining brand standards across all communication channels and ensuring messaging aligns with the organization’s overall brand.
  • Crisis communication: Developing and implementing plans to manage and respond to potential crises.
  • Collaborating with other teams: Working with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive communication and messaging.
  • Monitoring and analyzing communication effectiveness: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and making adjustments to strategies based on results.
  • Supervising and mentoring: Providing guidance and support to junior members of the communications team.
