Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day to day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and supporting staff and management. This role requires strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Office Management Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Order and manage office supplies and equipment. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office facilities.
  • Administrative Support Manage office correspondence (emails, mail, phone calls). Prepare reports, documents and presentations as requested. Maintain filing systems – digital and physical records. Schedule meetings and manage calendars for managers or departments.
  • Reception Duties Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner. Answer and direct incoming calls. Handle courier services and mail distribution.
  • Financial and HR Support Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (e.g., petty cash, invoices). Support HR in organizing staff files, leave records, and onboarding. Help in the coordination of staff meetings, events, and training sessions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Office Administration, Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proven ability to interact and coordinate effectively with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
