Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with financing options, including arranging and managing bank loans for product purchases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure efficient operations and consistent customer follow-up.
  • Coordinate and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide financial oversight and administrative support to sales and business development initiatives.
  • Develop reports, track performance, and ensure compliance with financial and operational standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, mitigate risks, and support change management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of banking and financial processes, preferably with experience in financial services or banking.
  • Experience in business development and supporting sales functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving targets and efficiency improvements.
