Sanzi Investment Company Limited is a dynamic consulting company specializing in assisting both locals and foreigners set up their companies in Tanzania.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Administrative Assistant to work directly with the Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support
Manage daily office operations and maintain organized records
Communicate with clients (both local and international) in a professional manner
Prepare and process documents for work permits, residence permits, TIN applications, and other services
Coordinate with government offices, clients, and partners as needed
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and following up on tasks
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili (both written and spoken)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Good interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
