The Tanzania Health and Medical Education Foundation (TAHMEF) is a HealthTech nonprofit that uses digital services and community outreach to provide stigma-free mental health support to Tanzanian youth. The organization works in collaboration with the Tanzanian Ministry of Health and other partners to integrate mental health services into national healthcare frameworks. TAHMEF aims to bridge the gap in access to quality healthcare for marginalized communities, including youth and informal workers.

We are hiring a Finance & Administration Officer to support financial management and administrative functions within our programs. The role involves managing transactions, compliance, reporting, and ensuring transparent and accountable use of resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in accounting/finance (NGO or private sector)
• Knowledge of fund accounting and donor compliance is an advantage
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
