It is a one-stop shop for groceries and household goods, known for its extensive range of products, competitive prices, and neighborhood-focused stores. The first West Zone Supermarket in Tanzania opened in September 2025 at Shamo Tower
, Mbezi Beach, Dar es Salaam.

About the Role: 

• We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Officer to drive the growth of our supermarket in Dar es Salaam.
• This role combines online and offline marketing, customer engagement, supplier coordination, and sales promotions.
• The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and result-oriented, with a strong understanding of retail marketing and customer behavior

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow customer base andincrease footfall in the supermarket.
• Plan and execute weekly promotional offers, campaigns, and events.
• Manage online presence: social media, customer engagement, and onlineorder promotions.
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
• Interact with suppliers for promotional tie-ups and co-branding opportunities.
• Oversee order processing and fulfillment to ensure smooth operations.
• Track sales performance and marketing ROI, prepare growth reports, andsuggest improvements.
• Create brand awareness and position the supermarket as a preferred shopping destination.

Requirements: 

• 1+ years of experience in sales & marketing (Retail / supermarket /FMCG preferred).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, promotions, and customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with a growth-oriented mindset.
