Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring client electrical systems (UPS and Inventor Power System)
• Responding to electrical support requests
• Diagnosing electrical hardware issues
• Follow up with clients to ensure their electrical systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
• Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems
• Repairing hardware malfunctions
• Tracking and managing work records
• Compiling job reports, and send daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Engineers Registration Board Certification as required by the Company
• Escalate problems to seniors immediately

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Registered with Engineers Registration Board (ERB) TZ
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian electrical codes and standards
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g. AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, or equivalent)
  Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Added Advantages:

• Experience in renewable energy systems (solar, wind), Knowledge of ICT/electrical integration projects, Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2).
