About The Job

The role involves overseeing inventory, driving footfalls through BTL activities, achieving sales targets, and leading store teams. The position requires extensive travel and includes support in identifying and launching new store locations.

Responsibilities

• Managing inventory across all stores in the region.
• Carrying out BTL activities, driving footfalls and sales in each store thereby achieving monthly cluster targets.
• Managing and motivating a team of Store Managers and Assistant store leads.
• Assisting ZBM in identifying potential locations and rolling out new stores

Requirements

• Ideally from retail background with 6+ years of experience, willing to travel extensively within the region.
